diabetes insipidus

my son sustained a concussion 9/2018. 12/2018 he started experiencing concussion symptoms. He has had extreme fatigue since. Two weeks ago he was diagnosed with diabetes insipidus. He has been on desmopressin since and his thirst and urination is starting to get under control. He still has no energy. When do you think he will start feeling better?
