Honey, a simple sugar found in honeycomb. Bees collect flower nectar and create this sweet, viscous liquid in their honeycombs. It is easily available and can be stored in a cool dry corner in your kitchen. Honey does not have an expiry date and has a tendency to crystallize. The crystallization is natural process.
