Do You Know Foods That Can Prevent Prostate Cancer?

Prostate cancer is commonly seen in aging men. If you wish to reduce your risk of prostate cancer, you can take the right steps towards prevention. For those who are under treatment, they too need to follow the path of healthy eating for better health.

Here are some foods that can help to prevent prostate cancer

Green Tea – Green tea contains catechins and other important substances that are believed to help in preventing many disorders and certain cancers.

Veggies – Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, etc. are known to contain phytochemicals that may selectively target cancer cells and prevent further damage.
Tomatoes contain lycopene that possibly helps to fight cancer. They should be preferably eaten in cooked or pureed form.
Yellow, orange vegetables like pumpkin, carrots are beneficial too.
